Devarati Dasgupta helps growth-minded founders turn financial chaos into clarity. As co-founder of Numbers Nirvana, she pairs meticulous bookkeeping with CFO-level dashboards and forecasting so leaders always know their cash runway, true margins, and next best move.

She has led extensive, high-level finance and analytics work spanning cash-flow management, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, job costing, KPI design, dashboarding, and process automation. Known for turning messy data into clean, decision-ready reporting, tightening month-end close routines, and aligning finance with operations through clear, stakeholder-friendly communication and simple, repeatable systems, she developed and refined these skills over more than a decade working with multiple Fortune 500 companies.

Devarati holds an MBA in Business Analytics from William & Mary, where her team won the school’s MBA Case Competition, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai.

His toolkit spans process optimization, data architecture, KPI design, dashboarding, and no-code automation (think QuickBooks/Xero, Google Sheets, Klipfolio, HubSpot/Pipedrive, Gusto, Stripe, and Zapier/Make integrations).

Known for making complex systems feel simple, Anish documents and standardizes every step with SOPs and QA checklists, sets M+5 close cadences, tightens AR/AP cycles, and builds real-time dashboards that surface the metrics that matter: cash runway, AR/AP days, service-line margins, and utilization/capacity.
